Welcome to The Heart Haven

 The Heart Haven, your bilingual sanctuary in New Jersey where mindfulness meets the healing power of nature. We offer forest therapy sessions, an 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course, and mindfulness workshops designed to help you find belonging, healing, and growth. 正念空间 · Mindfulness Space

Founder

林君,心栖 · The Heart Haven 的创办人和正念指导老师。作为认证的 MBSR(正念减压)教师与国家二级心理咨询师(中国),我致力于将正念练习与自然疗愈结合,帮助人们在压力中找到安宁,在日常中发现力量。十余年来,我陪伴来自不同文化背景的人们走过疗愈与成长的旅程,坚信每个人都能在觉察中重拾内在的平静与归属。

在我的课程与体验中,我注重营造一个安全、温暖、充满希望的空间,让学员能够自在地探索自我,培养觉察力,并在自然与正念的陪伴下逐渐展开心灵的旅程。

 I am Linjun, founder of The Heart Haven and mindfulness teacher. As a certified MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) instructor and psychological counselor(China), I dedicate my work to integrating mindfulness practices with nature’s healing power, helping individuals find peace within stress and strength in daily life. For over a decade, I have guided people from diverse cultural backgrounds on their journeys of healing and growth, believing that everyone can rediscover inner calm and belonging through awareness.

In my programs and offerings, I focus on creating a safe, warm, and hopeful space where participants can freely explore themselves, cultivate mindfulness, and unfold their inner journey with the gentle support of nature and awareness.

Fang Nan

Children’s Mental Health Counsellor

 南方医生是妇幼保健副主任医师与国家二级心理咨询师,拥有四十余年儿童保健与心理健康的临床经验。她曾任南京同仁医院儿保科主任,并在多家三甲医院担任特约专家。她的专长涵盖儿童心理行为问题的评估与治疗、妇女心理健康干预,以及早期教育与营养指导。作为国家级项目专家与正念减压认证教师,她致力于为家庭和孩子提供温柔而专业的支持。

 Dr. Nan Fang is an Associate Chief Physician in maternal and child health and a nationally certified psychological counselor, with over 40 years of clinical experience in child care and mental health. She served as Director of the Child Health Department at Nanjing Tongren Hospital and continues as a visiting expert in leading hospitals. Her expertise includes assessment and treatment of children’s psychological and behavioral issues, women’s mental health interventions, and early education and nutrition guidance. As a national project expert and certified mindfulness-based stress reduction instructor, she is dedicated to offering families compassionate and professional support.
